Search Analytics and Shop Owner Insights
Important: We collect customer search history and browsing data to generate analytics reports for shop owners. This helps shop owners understand what products customers are looking for in their area.
The analytics shared with shop owners include:
- Trending search keywords and product categories in their area
- Popular products and demand patterns
- Aggregated browsing trends (not individual user data)
- Customer engagement metrics for their listings
We do NOT share individual customer identities, personal information, or individual search histories with shop owners. All analytics provided to shop owners are aggregated and anonymized.
Cashback Wallet
Our App includes a cashback wallet feature. Please note:
- Cashback is earned when you make verified purchases from participating shops
- Wallet balance is not redeemable for real cash — it can only be used as a discount on future purchases
- Cashback earned from a specific shop can only be redeemed at that same shop — it is not transferable to other shops
- We store wallet balances, transaction history, and redemption records
- Wallet balances may expire as per the terms communicated in the App
Location Data
We collect and use your location data to:
- Show shops and products near your current location
- Provide distance-based search results and sorting
- Generate location-based analytics for shop owners (aggregated, not individual)
- Improve local search relevance
You can disable location access through your device settings, but this may limit the App's ability to show nearby shops and products.

- Cloud Storage: Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) servers
- Local Storage: Some data is cached locally on your device for offline access and performance
- Data Sync: Information synchronizes between your device and cloud when connected to the internet

- Shop Owner Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized search trends and browsing analytics are shared with subscribed shop owners to help them understand customer demand
- WhatsApp Communication: When you choose to contact a shop via WhatsApp, your WhatsApp profile information is shared directly with the shop owner through WhatsApp's platform (governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy)
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party services (Firebase/Google) that help us operate the App, subject to confidentiality agreements
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation
