Account & Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your personal data. To delete your Field Fresh Milk account and all associated information, contact us using either method below. Requests are processed within 30 days as required under Indian law.


Two Ways to Request Deletion

Please contact us from the email or phone number registered with your Field Fresh Milk account so we can verify ownership.

Please include in your message

  • The email address registered with your account
  • The phone number linked to your account
  • Whether you are a customer or a vendor
  • A short note confirming you want your data deleted

What Happens Next

We verify your identity

We confirm the request is from the registered account holder.

We delete your personal data

Profile, addresses, location data, subscriptions, and saved preferences are permanently removed from our active systems.

Completed within 30 days

Your request is fully processed within 30 days of receipt. You'll receive a confirmation once complete.


What Will Be Deleted

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, profile photo)
  • Saved delivery addresses and location data
  • Subscription preferences and history
  • Notification and communication preferences
  • Vendor profile data (if vendor account)

What We May Retain

As required under Indian tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws, we may retain certain records for legally mandated periods (typically up to 7 years):

  • Billing and transaction records (for GST and accounting compliance)
  • Anonymized analytics data (no longer linked to your identity)
  • Records related to legal claims, disputes, or investigations

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to your account, subscription history, and any pending settlements.
